Don't want to wait for our next processing date? We have a quarter of a steer boxed and ready to pick up from our farm. This package will take up about 2.5 cubic feet of freezer space (about half the space in a standard refrigerator's freezer section). Total weight of the package is 86 lb.

Our Grass fed and grass finished beef are raised without anti-biotics, growth hormones, or grains, which provides your family with the most natural beef possible. The quarter is a perfect option for those not wanting to decide cuts, but still wishing to buy in bulk!
Grass fed beef has a different flavor, so please ensure you've tried our beef prior to purchasing a large quantity. We love it - and the health benefits it brings - but everyone's palate is different!

Grass fed beef is much leaner than commercially raised beef. You'll notice much less grease in your pan after cooking. It cooks faster, and is best cooked to medium or less.
