When our butcher slices bacon, there are two ends for each belly that are impractical to slice.  These Ends and Pieces are mostly uncut thick chunks of bacon that can be cubed and fried for various recipes needing bacon - think baked potato soup, baked beans, omelettes, twice baked potatoes, salad toppings, or breakfast burritos! 
 
Once cooked, bacon can also be frozen for use in the next couple of months for other recipes - if it lasts that long!
 
Each package is approximately one pound.
