Make delicious and nutritious bone broth, which has been all the rage for health and wellness. Bone broth has it all—minerals, vitamins, collagen.  Make your own to ensure it is keto, paleo, and gluten-free.


Beef Stock Bones

  • Making bone broth is very simple, but it will take a few hours.  You may roast bones in the oven before starting to speed up the process, or skip the roasting if you have more time. 

    We enjoy making our broth by cutting up a few carrots, onions, and celery (leaves and all) and boiling with the bones.  Add a few peppercorns and bay leaves to the boiling mixture.  Reduce heat to low and simmer,  skimming any foam or excess fat, occasionally. Simmer for at least 8-12 hours to release the maximum amount of collagen from the bones.
