Grill the loin whole or cut into filet mignon steaks. Each loin can be cut into 5-7 six ounce filet steaks, over 2" thick.
Our dry aged grass fed and finished beef cooks faster than conventional beef. We always recommend not cooking past medium doneness for grass fed beef. We recommend trimming any silverskin leftover from the butchering process prior to seasoning and grilling for the best experience.
