If you have never had our grass fed and grass finished beef, we recommend this small package to ensure you and your family enjoy the unique flavor from the beef originating from our farm.  Did you know that the flavor of grass fed and finished beef changes based on the breed of cattle, the season of harvest, and the particular grasses the animal ate?  We raise our beef from birth at our farm, ensuring they are 100% grass fed and finished, and are not implanted with hormones.    
 
This is an excellent sampling of cuts before committing to an eighth, quarter, of half beef. Total weight is ~10.5 lbs.
 
- 6 Ground Beef Patties (1/3 lb each, 1 package)
- 4 Cube Steaks (1 package)
- 3 Lb Chuck Roast (1 roast)
- 2 Lb Ground Beef (2 packages)
- 2 Porterhouse Steaks (12 oz each, 1 package)
