Not to be confused with pork loin, which is a large cut. Tender pastured pork tenderloin perfect for cutlets for a dinner for two. The tenderloin is tender and juicy.

Our favorite way to cook this delicacy is to slice about 3/4" thick, season with garlic powder, onion powder, and a little salt and pepper. Coat likely with italian bread crumbs and fry in pork lard in a cast iron skillet. Easy and fast, but with the tast of a gourmet meal!
