A pair of bone-in ribeyes, over one pound per steak. Cherished for their tenderness and robust beefy flavor, our bone-in ribeyes are a great option for grilling in. Our grass fed, grass finished steaks are dry aged at our butcher, which intensifies flavor and tenderizes the steak.
For best results in cooking steak, we recommend letting your steak reach room temperature prior to grilling. Always let your steak rest for 7 minutes after removing from the grill to let the juices relax into your steak. Grass finished beef is best enjoyed to medium or less level of grill finish.
